Responsibilities
Strategy and planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify and pursue new channel opportunities while growing existing ones.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs to engage partners and drive sales.
Partner management and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners, such as banks and brokers.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and implement joint marketing initiatives.
- Provide partners with necessary resources, training, and marketing collateral to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Ensure consistent messaging and a uniform user experience across all partner touchpoints.
Execution and analysis
- Create and manage marketing materials, including digital assets, sales presentations, and product guides.
- Oversee the development and execution of both online and offline campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance metrics (KPIs).
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, and legal) to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure all marketing activities and content comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the channel marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder from an internationally recognised university
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience gained from large Insurance companies, focussing on channel or distribution marketing
- Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
