Head Butler (High Net Worth Family Office)

About The Role:

Our client is a distinguished high net worth family office based in Hong Kong Island, seeking a highly skilled and discreet Head Butler to oversee and manage the CEO's personal and household affairs. This role requires a blend of exceptional hospitality (Butler) expertise, leadership, and global travel readiness. Preferably candidate from 5 Star Hotels/ Luxury Residences

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the principal's personal and home affairs with utmost professionalism and confidentiality

• Oversee daily household operations including coordination and management of 3 drivers and 5-6 housemaids

• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for household management

• Provide training and development programs for household staff, particularly housemaids

• Prepare and arrange meals in accordance with principal's culinary preferences

• Accompany the principal on business travels, approximately 20-30% of the time, to key locations such as the US, Singapore, and Canada

• Ensure highest service standards consistent with luxury and hospitality industry best practices

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive hospitality background, ideally with experience as a butler in 5-star hotels or luxury residences

• Proven ability to develop and implement SOPs in household or hospitality settings

• Demonstrated experience in training and managing domestic staff, including housemaids

• Skilled in cuisine preparation and knowledgeable about diverse cooking preferences

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and management skills

• Discreet, professional, and adaptable to international travel schedules
