About The Role
As a Procurement Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing responsibilities of contract and tender management for categories of maintenance & repair, insurance & pension, and corporate services and supplies to ensure day to day operations is driven throughout the enterprise.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy end-to-end procurement strategies for category and contracted services of maintenance & repair, insurance & pension, and corporate services, etc
- Oversee contractual obligations by ensuring effective commercial negotiations daily skills are performed with key stakeholders to ensure that all outsourced services remain competitive and cost effective
- Identify and elevate opportunities for indirect procured services whilst maintaining a high level of quality and standards for the services procured
- Foster professional relationships with third party contracted services and perform periodic supplier performance audits and reviews to ensure SLAs/ KPIs are fulfilled
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or any other relevant discipline of studies
- Minimum 4.5 years of procurement operations experience, preferably all of which is obtained within a sizeable multinational company
- Individuals must have previous experience in handling categories of maintenance & repair, insurance & pension, and corporate services
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is a must
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Assistant Procurement Operations Manager
- Immediate Availability is preferred
