Activation Toolkits: Design event toolkits, venue guidelines, and brand experience packages across venue tiers.
Asset & Venue Selection: Oversee event POSM deployment and direct venue hit-lists to secure key image-building accounts.
Campaign Roadmaps: Align experiential programs with brand campaigns and commercial sales priorities.
End-to-End Production: Lead flawless execution of events, pop-ups, and activations while upholding luxury standards.
Agency Management: Pitch, select, and manage production agencies and creative vendors to ensure top-tier delivery.
Venue Partnerships & Visibility: Build venue partner relationships to secure exclusive activation rights, back-bar visibility, and menu placements.
Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate event performance across reach, engagement, commercial uplift, and ROI.
Sales & Brand Alignment: Partner with Sales and Brand teams to translate commercial goals into brand-aligned event experiences.
Stakeholder Management: Drive cross-functional alignment through regular Sales & Marketing planning sessions.
Knowledge Sharing: Share regional best practices, venue trends, and innovative event concepts.
Budget Ownership: Oversee the experiential A&P budget, including production, vendor fees, POSM, and talent costs.
Spend Optimization: Track expenses, optimize production costs, and challenge spend to maximize ROI per event.
Reporting: Deliver regular financial and operational reports with recommendations for future event investments.
Requirements:
7 years + of proven experience in Customer Marketing, Experiential Marketing, or Category Management
Track Record: Demonstrated success in designing and executing high-impact venue activations.
Commercial Acumen: Strong business insight with a sharp ability to identify and capture revenue growth opportunities.
Core Competencies: End-to-end expertise in strategic planning, project execution, senior stakeholder presentations, and contract negotiations.
Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in local language(s) required.
