About the role
As a Due Diligence Manager, you will act as a team leader to review and ensure the quality of due diligence reports. You will also responsible for DD program assessment, identifying new sources of information, methodologies and providing training to the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team to perform due diligence tasks
- Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of due diligence report
- Identify new source of information, methodologies or approaches to optimize the due diligence program
- Provide due diligence program assessment and recommend solutions to reduce risks
- Create formal training program and materials for departmental staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 8+ years of experience in due diligence, vetting or investigation, with at least 2 years in managerial role
- Strong in critical analysis, overcoming business risk issues, analytical research techniques and methods
- Proficiency in written report, numerical analysis and presentation
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint.
- Mature, self-motivated, fast-paced and committed individual
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
