Cross-Border Strategic Leadership
- Drive offshore revenue by capturing high-value premium targets within targeted foreign jurisdictions and global corridors.
- Identify market corridors to target specific regions with high demand for offshore asset protection.
- Design bespoke products by collaborating with product teams to build international, multi-currency life insurance solutions.
- Monitor global regulations including offshore tax changes, foreign exchange controls, and international reporting standards.
International Channel & Partnership Management
- Expand distribution networks by onboarding offshore brokers, international private banks, and global family offices.
- Train offshore partners on technical cross-border insurance structures, compliance, and international onboarding processes.
- Manage joint ventures with foreign institutional partners to deepen market penetration in target countries.
- Host international seminars and exclusive networking events to position the brand as a premier global carrier.
Advanced Case Structuring & Consulting
- Structure offshore cases utilizing complex mechanisms like Premium Financing, PPLI, and Offshore Trust integrations.
- Advise on global succession regarding cross-border inheritance, dual-citizenship asset allocation, and international tax mitigation.
- Partner with global experts including international tax attorneys, cross-border accountants, and foreign legal counsels.
- Advocate for high-value clients by managing complex, multi-jurisdictional medical and financial underwriting processes.
Global Compliance & Risk Management
- Enforce international compliance including strict adherence to FATCA, CRS, and localized cross-border solicitation laws.
- Mitigate money-laundering risks by conducting rigorous source-of-wealth and customer due diligence on foreign nationals.
- Oversee cross-border operations to ensure seamless, concierge-level policy fulfillment for remote, international clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder from a globally recognised university
- A minimum of 15 years of experience, with proven track record in the overseas high-net-worth sector
- Excellent command of English
