About the role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for handling APAC distributors enquiries, order processing, and maintaining strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain sales order in SAP
- Follow up the order process and ensure the on-time delivery of sales orders
- Be the first go-to person when the assigned customers have any enquiries
- Support daily CS operation
- Support the annual trade show coordination
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B customer services or distributor management, preferably from fashion & apparel or consumer goods industries
- Proficiency in SAP and MS office
- Energetic, proactive, detail-minded and self-motivated candidate
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong in relationship building, communication and problem solving skills
