A dynamic cloud team with 10 teammates is seeking a new joiner with extensive hands-on experience in Private Cloud and Linux systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the private cloud environment, including compute, storage, and networking resources
- Implement and maintain cloud automation and orchestration tools to improve efficiency and scalability
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data protection for critical cloud-based applications and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with development, security, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and security of cloud services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, best practices, and industry trends
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on cloud-related processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in a private cloud system administration or Linux administration role
- Proficient in OpenShift, Linux platform, Powershell Scripting, and cluster setup
- Strong understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization concepts
You will be offered a 6 months renewable secondment contract with Annual Leaves if suitable.
