Company Secretary (Private Equity Firm)

Our client is an established private equity firm with office in Hong Kong, UK and US.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the General Counsel on compliance and company secretarial matters.
• Handle private company secretarial matters and related compliance matters for local and offshore entities.
• Prepare and consolidate data for regulatory reporting and ensure timely submission of the reports.
• Provide support on administrative tasks in the legal team.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in company secretarial matters in professional firms/ law firms.
• Member of HKCGI is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
