Client Director, Financial Services (90-105K)

Responsibilities

• Manage the client retention team of 6-7 people to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to MPF corporate clients
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Act as the key point of contact for escalated issues and complex queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
• Achieve retention targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the existing client portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience gained from banking or financial services, with solid people management experience
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• RFP experience would be a plus
• Solid key account/client relationship experience demonstrated, with proven track records of client retention of increased revenue
