Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Assisting the CEO in defining long-term goals and translating them into actionable KPIs or OKRs. They ensure all departments remain aligned with the company's core strategy.
- Executive Decision Support: Acting as a "buffer" and filter for the CEO by preparing briefs, conducting research, and synthesizing complex data to facilitate faster, better-informed decision-making.
- Project Management (Special Initiatives): Leading high-impact, cross-functional projects that do not naturally fit into a single department, such as market expansions, fundraising, or organizational restructuring.
- Communication & Liaison: Serving as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders (board members, investors, department heads). They often draft executive communications, including speeches and reports.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimizing internal processes and meeting cadences (e.g., leadership offsites, town halls) to improve overall organizational productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 15 years of relevant experience gained from large companies
- Excellent command of Cantonese and English
