    A prestigious global asset servicing firm in Hong Kong, with a long-standing history and focus on custody, fund administration, and risk management, is seeking a dedicated professional for its Trustee & Depository team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee fund operations, including daily cash flows, portfolio compliance, and adherence to fund documents, codes, and regulations.
    • Manage issues and exceptions: investigate, escalate, coordinate resolutions, and document outcomes.
    • Identify risks in oversight frameworks; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Update and proceduralize internal controls for trustee activities.
    • Conduct due diligence on clients and delegates during onboarding and ongoing reviews.
    • Review fund agreements and documents for regulatory compliance, clarity, and appropriate terms.
    • Plan, coordinate, and monitor fund launches and liquidations; set up and test oversight controls.
    • Prepare and review reports for management, clients, regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Escalate audit findings or issues; propose and communicate resolutions.
    • Define and implement controls for new or applicable regulations.
    • Interact with department heads on regulatory and audit queries.
    • Build strong client relationships; explain regulatory requirements and provide enquiry support.
    • Foster effective collaboration across departments and share best practices.

    What We Look For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
    • 4-5 years of experience in the funds industry; trustee or oversight roles preferred.
    • Strong analytical and presentation skills to handle complex, sensitive topics.
    • Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English required, Chinese preferred.
    • Effective time management, multitasking, and performance under pressure.
    • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and risk awareness.
    • Independent worker who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
