Our client is an EU MNC company specialized in Household and Accessories productions. In light of its rapid business expansions in US & Europe. They are further investing in expanding the vendors network & strengthening end 2 end manufacturing process in PRC and currently hiring an Assistant Supply Planning Manager to join the Planning department.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor regular SOP process, order management, supply planning by collaborating with vendors on production priority and lead time schedule to support daily operations and shipping arrangement
- Drive and implement the regional replenishment program and provide customers demand and production forecast
- Optimize production, inventory allocation through data analysis and vendor performance review (i.e., MOQ, vendor capacity evaluation)
- Identify potential risk of project delay and improvement opportunities e.g., Lead time control, cost & efficiencies, visibility
- Assist on system consolidation and prepare & verify the figures including date, quantity, lead-time for production planning
Requirements
- Diploma or above, major in Supply Chain Management or Business-related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience of supply planning and familiar with SC Business models in planning and forecasting
- Experience working in FMCG with Asia market exposure are an advantages
- Proficiency in MS Excel & navigating replenishment planning systems
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
