Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale corporate projects, through networking with architects, designers, property developers, and end-user clients.
Manage and nurture existing client relationships, providing tailored solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and customized quotations.
Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the premium office furniture sector.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor sales pipelines, prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
8-12 years of sales experience in the high-end furniture, office interiors, contract furnishings, or luxury goods sector; experience in B2B/project-based sales is essential.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex, high-value deals.
Strong network within architecture, design, and corporate real estate communities is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Passion for design, architecture, and premium Italian craftsmanship.
Willingness to travel occasionally
