About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Asset Maintenance and Facilities Manager to oversee the management and upkeep of the facilities in Hong Kong. This role covers three office locations, the CEO's residence, and a private clubhouse, ensuring all assets are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily facilities operations across 3 Hong Kong offices, the CEO's house, and the clubhouse
Oversee ventilation system installation, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal air quality and safety
Maintain hygiene standards throughout all facilities in compliance with health regulations
Ensure the CEO's house and clubhouse are properly maintained, focusing on health control measures and electrical systems upkeep
Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks
Monitor asset condition, plan preventive maintenance, and manage related budgets
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facilities or asset maintenance management, preferably with multi-site responsibilities
Strong knowledge of ventilation systems, hygiene standards, and electrical maintenance
Ability to manage maintenance schedules for residential and office properties
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Proactive approach to health and safety compliance
