Channel Marketing & Proposition Development
- Deliver end-to-end marketing and distribution support for partnership channels, including banks, brokerages, independent financial advisers (retail and high-net-worth segments), and strategic partners. Prior sales or marketing experience in the brokerage/IFA space is highly advantageous.
- Design and execute integrated online-to-offline (O2O) strategies to attract partner customers and prospects to digital platforms, driving product penetration, customer engagement, and overall channel productivity.
- Utilize customer touchpoints across partner and proprietary digital ecosystems to deliver data-driven, behavior-triggered communications that stimulate purchase intent.
- Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
- Plan, manage, and monitor marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI.
Channel Engagement & Sales Support
- Develop and roll out sales promotion programs, incentives, and events for partners and their clients to support achievement of channel sales targets.
- Evaluate the performance of tactical campaigns, derive actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance business growth.
- Act as the key liaison to ensure partnership channel needs and feedback are clearly communicated to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain proactive, transparent communication with partners on product updates, initiatives, and organizational changes that impact the partnership.
People & Project Leadership
- Mentor and guide team members while fostering strong collaboration across partnership distribution and other internal functions to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
- Oversee team deliverables, timelines, and performance to meet business objectives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by senior management to support broader organizational goals.
Requirements
- University degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in channel/partnership marketing within insurance or financial services.
- Proven track record in partnership distribution or brokerage/IFA marketing is essential.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of insurance/investment products.
- Strong project management, financial analysis, and budget management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities effectively.
