About The Role
As a Senior Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out maintenance and operation activities on site for electrical and power supply management systems (UPS, LVSB, and DC power supply system).
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and operations, and testing and commissioning activities for electrical and power supply management systems (LV & HV)
- Responsible for installation, and maintenance (preventive and corrective) responsibilities on-site
- Attend to emergency calls whenever defects are reported on site and conduct troubleshoot to override technical defects
- Conduct fault diagnostic/ investigation for root cause of reported defects and file incident reports for a smooth and accurate documentation of the incident
- Compile relevant paperwork (vendor maintenancereport and progress updates) to ensure weekly key performance index could be reviewed
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering or any other equivalent discipline of Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of operation and maintenance experience all of which should be obtained within the sector of Public Utilities, and E&M Contracting Services
- Applicant should be a Registered Electrical Worker of Grade B0 or above awarded by HKSAR EMSD
- Individuals with hands on experience to LVSB is highly preferable
- Previous experience in maintenance, troubleshoot, and testing and commissioning of electrical and power supply management systems is required
- Good in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Service Engineer
- Candidates with short notice is preferred
