A globally established and fast-growing leader in the manufacturing technology industry is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to drive strategic planning, partner closely with regional leaders, and elevate operational excellence across markets.
About the role
In this high‑visibility position, you will translate competitor and external data into decisive action, leading meaningful financial projects, and influencing commercial strategy, take ownership of end‑to‑end FP&A functions in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial risk management across multiple markets.
- Deliver timely financial outputs-including P&L updates, sales tracking, costing, and cash‑flow forecasts.
- Partner with country managers to provide pricing, trade spend, and channel profitability insights that support commercial decision‑making.
- Identify root causes behind financial performance variances and translate findings into strategic actions.
- Drive operational excellence by enhancing systems (e.g., SAP) and implementing reporting automation and standardization.
- Lead and execute multiple strategic financial projects annually, from deep‑dive analysis through to implementation.
- Propose and implement actionable financial improvement initiatives that directly elevate business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- A recognized professional qualification (CPA, CMA, CGA).
- Background from Big 4 is a must.
- At least 6+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience with knowledge in advanced financial modelling.
- Strong command of Excel, SAP, and financial modelling techniques, with proven ability to perform deep root‑cause analysis.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data‑visualization tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Independent, analytical thinker with the agility to adapt to organizational change and collaborate effectively across teams.
