About The Role
As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for liaison and planning of renovation, improvement, A&A and fitting out works with various department representatives. In addition, the suitable candidate should be experienced in communicating with internal Technical & Project Team to administer all property services related functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer a full spectrum of estate management services and re-layout works for property portfolio
- Supervise daily administration and operations performance for key areas within property and facilities management, including security, landscaping, facility maintenance (HVAC)
- Carry out internal audits for areas such as health, safety and environmental, etc
- Liaise with local officials and representatives and contractor for renovation, improvement, A&A and fitting out works of the estate
- Draft relevant documents to ensure full support to the tendering process for equipment & maintenance services and general repair and maintenance works
- Prepare building management annual budgeting reports and cost control summaries to maintain service and quality standards for property maintenance
Job Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree Holder of Science in Facilities Management or any other relevant discipline of studies
- Minimum 5 years of estate/ property management experience all of which should be obtained within sectors of real estate & property management services
- Knowledgeable in managing day-to-day operations of commercial portfolio is preferred
- Familiarity with Deeds of Mutual Covenant and related ordinance is preferred
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- An individual with strong leadership skills and a can-do attitude to overcome obstacles within day to day operations
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Assistant Property Manager
- Immediate availability/ short notice is preferred
