Business Analyst, Leading Asset Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Analyst for Investment Platforms with domain knowledge in Performance, Attributions, Market Risk, Derivatives, or Private Assets
• Work with stakeholders, PMO, vendors and IT to plan implementation within appropriate timeframe to the business
• Prepare project documentations including but not limited to business requirement, gap analysis report, testing strategy docs
• Understand current business workflows and target requirement, conduct gap analysis and drive to close outstanding issues.
• Partner with IT and vendors to design and develop solution by combining system, data, process, digital and other automation tools with subject matter knowledge to address business need
• Participate in BAU enhancement activities

Minimum Job Requirements

• 10 years in asset management/ investment/ performance platform background, acting as business analyst, user, IT or vendor
• Asset Class - Strong fixed income and derivative knowledge
• Knowledge in investment platforms ie. Aladdin (preferred)/ Bloomberg AIM/ PORT / MARS, Factset, EFront or similar
• Ability to work independently with key stakeholder group ie. Front Office Portfolio Managers
• Strong communication skill, mature personality, ability to work independently
