Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Loans and Accounts Receivable:
- Oversee all loan management activities and accounts receivable processes.
- Assess and analyze risk exposure related to loans and receivables.
- Review loan contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
2. Trace Fund Exposure:
- Monitor fund exposure and ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions.
- Prepare reports on fund availability and allocate resources accordingly.
3. Review Financial and Management Accounts:
- Conduct regular reviews of financial accounts and management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
4. Compliance and Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies related to loan management and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of audit experience. CPA certification is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of management experience in a financial role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
- Detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, independent, well-organized, and self-motivated.
