Accounting Manager, up to 38k

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain cash-flow models to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Design and implement AR (Accounts Receivable) and AP (Accounts Payable) data models to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Manage accounting functions (GL, AP/AR, payroll, tax filings) in compliance with Hong Kong regulations.
• Conduct cost analysis and optimize financial performance in manufacturing operations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with auditing, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and investment decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent in Business or any other related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in sizeable organizations
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Keen analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Effective communications skills
• Good managerial skills with strong mentoring and coaching skills
• Independent, well-organized, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and Proficient in Putonghua
