Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of online retail products, with a special focus on fiscalisation compliance across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both product management and fiscalisation, as well as a deep understanding of e-commerce solutions. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our products meet legal and regulatory standards while delivering seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development lifecycle for online retail products, ensuring compliance with fiscalisation requirements across different markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, and sales to design and launch products that meet regulatory standards.
- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Stay updated on fiscalisation laws and regulations, particularly in key markets, and integrate these into product design and development.
- Conduct competitive analysis and gather insights to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including tax authorities and third-party service providers.
- Lead product training sessions and provide guidance to internal teams on fiscalisation and product features.
- Monitor product performance metrics and manage ongoing updates to meet evolving fiscal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on fiscalisation and online retail products.
- In-depth understanding of fiscalisation requirements, including experience working with fiscal systems and regulations (e.g., VAT, GST, e-invoicing).
- Strong knowledge of the online retail landscape and the unique challenges in this sector.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory information in a clear, understandable manner.
- Analytical mindset, able to leverage data to inform product decisions and drive results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working across multiple regions with varying fiscal laws and regulations.
- Background in e-commerce platforms or SaaS product management.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems, payments, and financial integrations.
