Project Manager - Creative Marketing Team

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a global creative marketing team, responsible for delivering high-profile international campaigns and product launches.
This role supports global marketing and creative teams to deliver complex campaign work across multiple channels. You'll play a key role in bringing structure, process and clarity to fast-moving projects, helping teams stay aligned, organised and on schedule. You'll work closely with creative teams, marketing stakeholders and international partners (including the US) to manage campaign workflows, track progress and ensure projects move smoothly from concept through to execution.
This is a hands-on, proactive role for someone who enjoys building structure in evolving environments and is comfortable working within a matrixed, global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign project workflows across creative and marketing teams
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, reviews and approvals across paid, earned and owned channels
- Track project schedules and status, identifying risks, bottlenecks and dependencies
- Partner with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Support the development of PMO processes, including documentation, onboarding templates and operating procedures
- Provide clear communication and project updates to stakeholders across different time zones
- Help establish a scalable project management framework for the wider campaign teams
About You:
- Project Management experience working with creative/marketing teams
- Highly proactive, organised and solutions-focused
- Able to bring structure to fast-moving or evolving environments
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Additional Details:
- Start: ASAP (up to 2 weeks' notice considered)
- Working model: Flexibility to attend the London office when needed for collaboration
- Global collaboration: Occasional international calls may be required due to time zones
- Initial 12m contract: Daily rate £400-500pd including holiday pay, PAYE.
