The Impact
As a Senior Handler, you will work closely with an Account Manager to drive the retention and growth of an allocated portfolio of mid-to-large commercial clients. Your day-to-day will involve:

Portfolio Management: Managing the full lifecycle of a policy, including renewals, cover instructions, mid-term amendments, and claims.

Technical Expertise: Navigating a diverse range of policies, from Commercial Combined and Combined Liability to niche areas like Directors & Officers, Cyber, and Professional Indemnity.

Market Influence: Supporting the process of obtaining market terms for new prospects and securing extended cover for our existing client base.

Relationship Building: Cementing long-term relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues through clear communication and documentation.

Professional Integrity: Ensuring all actions align with compliance standards, such as the Consumer Protection Code 2012, and Fitness and Probity Standards.
What You Bring

Experience: Proven expertise in a commercial insurance broking environment, specifically handling mid-to-large risk exposure.

Qualifications: You must hold an APA or CIP qualification (Commercial Lines) as a minimum.
