Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis starting ASAP.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for:
Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries
Taking and processing customer orders accurately
Creating, issuing and managing invoices
Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
About You:
Previous experience in customer service or administration
Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
Able to manage workload efficiently and work well within a team
Quick to pick up new systems - knowledge of Sage would be highly beneficial
Available immediately and able to commit until the end of January
