About the Role:

This role is ideal for an experienced L&D professional who is passionate about enhancing employee performance and driving organisational success through effective training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design and implement innovative training programs and workshops that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Develop engaging instructional materials, e-learning modules, and resources that support various learning styles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using qualitative and quantitative metrics, and continuously improve programs based on feedback.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure alignment of training strategies with talent management and succession planning.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and integrate them into program design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in L&D or HR roles, with a strong focus on training program design and delivery.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and instructional design software.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects effectively.
