Tax Manager

Our client, a leading Irish PLC, are looking for a Tax Manager to join their growing team and take ownership of tax compliance, planning and advisory across the group.

With offices based in Dublin, they are operating with a hybrid working model and would be offering a competitive salary, bonus and pension.

This role will oversee all aspects of Irish tax compliance while driving tax-efficient planning in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all tax compliance including corporation tax, VAT, RZLT, RCT, stamp duty and statutory filings
• Ensure full compliance with Irish tax legislation and Revenue deadlines
• Lead corporate tax planning initiatives and advise on complex transactions
• Partner with legal, finance and operational teams on tax-efficient structuring
• Act as the main point of contact for Revenue, auditors and external advisors
• Support strategic projects, R&D tax credits and tax technology implementation
• Maintain strong tax governance, controls and risk management processes

Requirements:

• Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in tax within a corporate or Big 4 environment
• Strong knowledge of Irish tax legislation; property sector experience is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
