Our client is a well-established international financial services group with operations across multiple European jurisdictions and beyond. They operate within a regulated environment and maintain a strong focus on governance, compliance and financial reporting.
They are looking for a Senior Tax Associate to provide maternity cover from April 2026.
Reporting to the Tax Director, the successful candidate will support tax compliance and reporting across Ireland, the UK, Luxembourg and other international branches.
With offices in Dublin City Centre, they are operating with a hybrid working model and offering a competitive salary, completion bonus and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing and Pillar 2 compliance
- Support preparation of transfer pricing documentation (master and local files)
- Prepare tax reconciliations and assist with IFRS tax provisions and disclosures
- Support interest limitation reviews and CbC reporting
- Assist with tax queries from internal stakeholders (e.g. payroll, payables, reinsurance)
- Draft tax position papers and support administrative tax processes
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified and/or recognised tax qualification (e.g. AITI)
- Experience in a Big 4 corporate tax department or in-house tax role (insurance experience advantageous)
- Strong accounting and technical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive, flexible and eager to learn
