The role of Strategic Partner Manager for CE is a unique and exciting role within Global Partnerships EMEA - Central Europe. You'll provide account and relationship management to a portfolio of strategic partners that includes many well-known brand sites in the CE, with the primary focus on the Czech and Slovak markets. You will be responsible for driving our business forward by promoting our full suite of publisher and developer products. The primary online advertising solution you will be using is our Ad Manager for desktop and mobile publishers. Your key focus will be providing the right product mix for a partner across the full range of their online properties. You will build new partnerships with key online companies in your market and develop innovative new ways to help partners grow their advertising earnings. You'll also contribute to the development of strategies for your market, organise and execute on industry events.
The role is client facing. It also involves close collaboration between internal functional teams in GP EMEA as well as counterparts across the entire organisation and products including Country Managers, Industry Specialists & Local Direct Sales teams as well as the Global Partnerships team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Grow inventory access and publisher revenue by optimising the value proposition to existing strategic partners through direct 1:1 interactions in person & via the phone, offering them access to the full suite of product solutions.
- Acquisition of new strategic partners
- Drive market growth through 1:1 and scalable interactions with medium sized partners.
- Analyse data, trends, and partner performance and develop robust strategic plans for partners, quarterly regional sales plans and long-term regional business plans.
- Coordinates support to non-strategic partners through online and scalable solutions.
- Work cross-functionally within GP EMEA and also through the wider global organisation.
- Potential to work on multiple Pan-CE and Pan-EMEA projects depending on the business need.
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic and analytical individual, with strong communication skills and a proven track record working in a sales environment with following preferred qualifications:
- Fluent in Czech and/or Slovak and English languages.
- Fluency in German language is a plus;
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven ability to independently prioritise, plan, and organise sales activities.
- Exemplary project management, organisation and prioritisation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical, strategic-thinking with strong problem-solving skills and local market knowledge.
Minimum qualifications
