Responsibilities:
Day to day delivery:
- Work with senior management, programme teams, and key stakeholders to adhere to standards, frameworks and policies with a view to continuous improvement.
- Leverage TPM tools and technology required for effective third-party management.
- Support the completion of Third Party Risk Assessments (TPRAs) by guiding Business Owners through the process, stakeholder engagement and collaborating with SMEs in the assessment process.
- Demonstrate a risk centric mindset and comprehensive risk management understanding.
- Act as SME for TPRA risk domains.
- Gather and consolidate information from various sources, internally and externally, to inform making judgments and insights.
- Document and visualise processes, workflows, admin activities, user guidelines, etc., to translate policy into actionable outputs for the business.
Risk Management
- Reinforce the governance priorities of the third-party landscape by embedding these in practical solutions.
- Ensure all activities conducted are following governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
Essential
Experience of Risk Management in a financial services environment, preferably specialising in Third Party Risk, with a clear understanding and knowledge of the risks associated with introducing third party suppliers.
Desired
- A 3rd Level Qualification in Risk, Procurement, or other relevant discipline.
