Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have a new opportunity for an experineced Quantity Surveyor with a Dublin based client. This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to WFH. The projects are Dublin based so no travel to Europe required. Our client has a varied portfolio with a range of projects including Power Stations, Data Centres and Commercial buildings.

There is a very competitve salary, bonus plus other benefits and a company vehicle included.

The role and responsibilities include:

• Tender management including measuring & take off drawings, preparation of bills of quantities, and assembly of tender documents.
• repare and analyse the cost of tender to be discussed with the commercial manager / Project directors.
• Management and ownership of the commercial and contractual requirements through the life cycle of the project.
• Responsibility for interface Client Commercial/Contract Team.
• Manage commercial aspects of subcontractors.
• Updating project costs, margin & cashflow reports.
• Manage project change order procedures and agree costs with client.
• Timely payment to subcontractors, vendors, suppliers etc.
• Tracking of Dates for contracts
• Assisting other QS's
• Assisting Contract Managers
• Agree final accounts.
