A strategic Senior HR Business Partner opportunity is available with a manufacturing organisation in West Dublin, reporting into the Head of HR.
The role is 5 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop people strategies aligned with business objectives, using HR analytics to inform actionable plans
- Coach and guide managers to strengthen leadership capability and maximise use of HR digital tools
- Lead talent-related activities including succession planning, organisational talent reviews, development programmes, onboarding and D&I initiatives
- Support organisational design, job profiling and workforce planning
- Ensure compensation and benefits practices follow the total rewards cycle
- Align HR processes with recruitment activity to support business growth
- Support global mobility and sponsorship requirements
- Implement and interpret harmonised HR policies and maintain strong knowledge of HR trends and employment legislation
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the wider HR team to ensure consistent delivery
Profile:
The organisation is seeking an adaptable and resilient HR professional with strong HRBP experience, ideally gained in a manufacturing environment.
Key requirements include:
- Around five years' experience in a similar HRBP role
- Strong technical HR expertise and ability to build credible stakeholder relationships
- Experience leading D&I, wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, matrix environments with a solutions-focused mindset
- Proven experience in leading projects and driving change
- Experience as a change manager; Mergers & Acquisitions experience is an advantage
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, team-focused approach
