The company delivers innovative solutions across health, mobility, travel, insurance, and employee benefits, helping individuals and businesses access essential services across the world.

About the Role
As Senior Events Executive you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing a calendar of both in-person and online events (B2B & B2C), working closely with the Events Manager. The role involves aligning event messaging with business goals, ensuring cost-effective delivery, and working cross-functionally with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a wide range of events: conferences, webinars, exhibitions, and internal events.
- Manage event logistics end-to-end, including supplier/vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop content and messaging.
- Oversee promotional efforts via social media, websites, and other channels.
- Maintain budgets, track KPIs, and report on event outcomes.
- Support compliance, finance, and internal processes related to event approvals.
- Provide on-site support for key global events (3-4 per year).
- Benchmark events and recommend improvements for future delivery.
Experience & Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Events, or Communications (or 5+ years of equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B event marketing, ideally in professional services.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful, branded events from concept to execution.
- Strong content development skills for both in-person and virtual formats.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with event platforms and technologies (e.g., Webex Events, BrightTalk).
- Agency background is a plus but not essential.
Work Environment
- Hybrid working model: 1 day per week onsite.
- Additional onsite days may be required during onboarding or peak periods.
- Occasional international travel required.
