    Morgan McKinley are seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join leading FMCG organisation in Dublin.

    The Senior Demand Planner will lead and optimise the demand planning process, ensuring robust cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across the entire planning cycle. This is a strategic opportunity for a commercially minded supply chain professional to take ownership of the end-to-end demand planning process while driving best-in-class IBP practices.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Lead the end-to-end demand planning cycle, delivering accurate and data-driven forecasts across product portfolios.
    • Facilitate and drive the monthly IBP process, ensuring strong alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
    • Champion the local implementation and continuous adoption of the global IBP framework.
    • Partner closely with commercial teams to incorporate market intelligence, promotional plans, and NPD launches into forecasts.
    • Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
    • Drive forecast accuracy improvements and reduce bias through structured KPI tracking and root cause analysis.
    • Support scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity and service excellence.
    • Lead demand review meetings and present insights to senior stakeholders.
    • Mentor and support junior planning team members where required.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, standardisation, and data integrity.

    Key Requirements:

    • 4+ years' experience in Demand Planning within an FMCG or fast-paced consumer environment.
    • Strong experience operating within an IBP/S&OP framework.
    • Demonstrated success in driving forecast accuracy and process improvement initiatives.
    • Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel skills and experience using planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, IBP, or similar).
    • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
    • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
