Sales Account Manager - Polymer Industry

My client, a leading name in the polymer industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their Irish sales team. This is a key position offering the opportunity to grow customer relationships, drive value-based selling, and contribute to commercial success in the Irish market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Country Manager of Ireland as part of a dynamic sales team
- Build strong internal and external relationships to enhance customer value
- Execute targeted sales strategies to identify and close opportunities
- Prepare competitive pricing quotations and negotiate sales terms
- Maintain accurate customer data and opportunity tracking via CRM
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a similar sales role
- Polymer/technical/chemical background advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Motivated, energetic, and driven to achieve results
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to sell complex value propositions
