Are you a Retail leader with a passion for premium customer experiences and high-performing teams? Our client is seeking a Manager to lead their flagship Centre in Liffey Valley, Dublin.
About the Role:
This is not your typical retail role. As a Manager, you will lead an exceptional team in a beautifully designed environment where customers can explore a collection of high-end products. You'll be responsible for delivering expert consultations, product demonstrations, and immersive brand experiences.
The centre also functions as a hub for our client's wider network and you will have the opportunity to host in-store events and be a key driver of both direct and partner-led sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets

Manage the store's P&L, margins, and commercial performance

Execute retail strategy in line with the brand's premium positioning

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners

Deliver seamless store operations and elevated customer experiences

Organise and host exclusive in-store events for clients and partners
What You'll Bring:

Solid experience in retail management, ideally within the luxury or premium sector

Proven leadership and team development capabilities

Strong understanding of premium clientele and their service expectations

Commercial insight with experience managing budgets and performance metrics

Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills

A confident, proactive approach and the ability to build lasting client relationships
