Our client is a leading international bank based in Dublin City Centre. As part of continued growth, they are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to focus on liquidity reporting. This is a key role responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate regulatory returns related to liquidity and interest rate risk, alongside supporting broader regulatory and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual liquidity regulatory returns submitted to the Central Bank of Ireland
- Lead the end-to-end process for Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) regulatory reporting.
- Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory requirements, assessing potential impacts and communicating findings effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Provide insight and subject matter expertise to business and finance teams on regulatory matters, particularly in relation to new business initiatives and change programmes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support capital reporting and planning activities, including production of capital returns and internal monitoring reports.
Requirements:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in regulatory reporting within the banking or financial services sector, particularly in relation to liquidity and capital.
- Solid understanding of European banking regulations including CRD/CRR and relevant guidance from the Central Bank of Ireland.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines in a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
