We are looking for a professional Receptionist for our client in Dublin 4; this will be to manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. You will be the first impression of the company, so a positive demeanour and excellent communication skills are essential.
This role is for immediate start
You responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, determine their needs
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries; prepare outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments or travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain and update digital filing systems, contact lists, and employee directories.
- Monitor inventory of office and kitchen supplies; place orders to ensure the office remains fully stocked.
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces (like breakrooms or conference rooms) are tidy and presentable.
About you
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist role
- Strong IT skills, in particular MS Office
- Strong communications skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
