Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyors (Intermediate to Senior Level)
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Company Type: Tier 1 Construction Contractor
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to final accounts.

• Provide accurate forecasting, cost planning, and commercial reporting.

• Procure subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and manage variations.

• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards.

• Work closely with project teams to provide strategic commercial input.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

• Minimum 3+ years' experience (Intermediate) or 7+ years' experience (Senior) with a main contractor or PQS practice.

• Proven track record on large-scale construction projects in Ireland or the UK.

• Strong knowledge of contracts (e.g. NEC, FIDIC, RIAI).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
