Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site engineering operations, ensuring project quality, safety, and programme targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project delivery.
- Manage setting out, surveying, and QA documentation in line with company and client standards.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements.
- Support junior engineers and promote a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement on site.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor on high-rise commercial construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, façade systems, and fit-out coordination.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on quality and safety.
- Proficiency in surveying and setting out instruments (e.g., GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD).
