Morgan McKinley is partnering with our client to recruit two Purchasing Officers to join their finance and procurement team on a 6-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large organisation supporting the rollout of a modern Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS). You'll play a key role in processing purchasing activities, maintaining financial compliance, and supporting internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and raise purchase orders.
- Validate requests and support invoice matching and goods receipting.
- Resolve supplier and purchasing queries.
- Maintain supplier records and purchasing data.
- Support staff with purchasing processes and system queries.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and maintain accurate records.
About You
- Experience using ERP/financial systems (e.g. SAP, Business Central, IFMS).
- Experienced purchasing/prcoruement professional
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A team player with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
