We are currently seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join a small team in the South of Dublin. This is a nice opportunity to join a small business in a collaborative environment, In this role you will be providing support to the Purchasing and Sales teams.
Location: South Dublin
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in creation and tracking of purchasing orders
- Monitoring order status to ensure the timely delivery of goods
- Point of contact for suppliers and customers for any order queries via phone and email
- Providing updates and product information to customers
- Providing a high quality customer service
- Assisting with the preparation of quotes and maintaining customer files
What is required of me?
- Previous experience in an Administrative role is essential - prior experience in Purchasing or Sales Admin would be advantageous
- Strong MS office skills
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
