Hours: There is a rota that is done well in advance. - 7-3:30, 8:00 - 4:30, 9-5:30 - also needs to work 1 in 3 Saturday and Sunday from 8-2 and you get two days off during the week.

Communicate effectively with patients, GPs, and consultants, providing accurate information and responding to queries via phone, email, and in-person.

Greet and check in patients, manage switchboard operations, and maintain office security and visitor protocols.

Schedule and manage appointments for scans, consultations, and procedures, ensuring efficient diary and resource management.

Register patients and update records on the system and Patient Portal, including scanning and uploading documentation.

Process payments, issue invoices, upload receipts, assist with debt recovery, and reconcile end-of-day financial reports.

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with clinic protocols, Quality Management System, and EU directives.

Provide secretarial and administrative support, including typing, filing, and document verification for consultants and clinical staff.

Prepare patient charts, clinic lists, and correspondence in advance to support daily clinical operations.

Compile and report statistics on referrals, enquiries, and appointments to assist senior management.

Provide cross-site reception cover and assist with patient events, hospitality, and stock and mail management.
