A mid-tier law firm in Dublin is seeking an experienced Solicitor with at least two (2) years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing to join its Dublin office working on a hybrid basis with excellent benefits package (Pension, Bonus, Healthcare, and more).
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing processes, while maintaining excellent client service.
This Solicitor will be responsible for:
(i) handling all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing;
(ii) conducting comprehensive title investigations, including reviewing planning searches, title deeds, and mortgage documentation;
(iii) drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents;
(iv) using case management and financial systems to maintain accurate records and meet compliance obligations.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in both residential and commercial property transactions.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and must possess a solid work ethic.
Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills so to rapidly develop a rapport with clients.
Candidates with excellent academic credentials and demonstrated experience in a similar role preferred.
All candidates must be currently qualified to practice in Ireland.
