A leading multinational organisation is seeking an experienced Programmatic Account Manager to join its Digital Advertising Solutions team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded digital advertising professional with strong client management experience and a passion for campaign performance and optimisation.
In this role, you will partner with clients to deliver impactful digital advertising solutions, optimise campaign performance, and support long-term account growth across display and video advertising products.
Develop strategic proposals aligned to client objectives and business goals.
Translate customer goals into measurable KPIs and campaign success metrics.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support portfolio growth and long-term partnerships.
Manage, optimise, and measure digital advertising campaigns across display and video channels.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, strategy, analytics, and operations to deliver best-in-class client solutions.
Become a trusted advisor on digital advertising products, trends, and industry best practices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Approximately 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or related fields.
Proven experience in a client-facing role managing digital advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and performance-driven marketing strategies.
Experience analysing campaign data and delivering actionable insights.
Knowledge of digital advertising solutions, particularly Display and Video products.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
