The Program Director - Strategic Transformation drives complex, cross-functional initiatives to integrate acquisitions, implement global systems, and deliver strategic projects in line with corporate objectives. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Transformation, the role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to standardize processes across diverse teams while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and synergies.
Experience Required:

15+ years in project management, IT, or business administration within financial services, with a proven record of advancing in leadership roles and delivering large-scale transformation programs.

Relevant certification such as PRINCE2 or IPMA; experience managing pre- and post-merger integrations, global system implementations, and complex organizational change initiatives preferred.
Responsibilities:

Lead the development, approval, and execution of a standardized Program Playbook, ensuring structured delivery of multiple projects, monitoring risks, assumptions, dependencies, and critical milestones, and achieving defined financial and operational KPIs.

Oversee cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships, managing resource allocation, performance monitoring, budget adherence, and effective communication to ensure strategic program objectives are met efficiently and collaboratively.
