Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading financial services firm to recruit a Product Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their product career to gain hands-on experience in leasing products and financial services.

What You'll Do:

• Support the product strategy and day-to-day management of leasing products.

• Assist in the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.

• Gather and analyse customer feedback and market data to inform improvements.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure product delivery.

• Monitor product performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years in financial services product management.

• Part-qualified or fully qualified Financial Advisor (QFA/APA).

• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
