Purpose of Role
This is a significant position where you will play a key role in developing a new product line for the business. You will be among the initial team members in a crucial strategic growth area. You will collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams in both Ireland and Spain. The role is highly visible across the organization and requires independent interaction with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
The Product Delivery Manager will oversee the entire customer journey for these new products. They will be responsible for managing processes, documentation, and operational SLAs. While other teams will execute the processes or changes, the Product Delivery Manager will be the subject matter expert who monitors, manages, and continuously enhances the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage operational processes for the origination of deposit products.
- Monitor operational SLAs, collaborating with Operations and Digital teams to ensure SLAs are met and the customer experience is optimized.
- Coordinate the development of all product collateral and documentation, working closely with Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Maintain ownership of all product documentation and collateral, coordinating with stakeholders on required updates and amendments.
- Coordinate change activities related to the customer journey, ensuring the end-to-end customer experience is considered in all changes.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience, with direct product management exposure being advantageous but not essential; exposure to regulated consumer products and propositions is highly desirable.
- Deposits experience is preferred but not essential; experience with origination processes in a financial services business or similar is crucial.
- Understanding of Compliance frameworks and their applicability in financial services is beneficial.
- Proven experience in managing change activities in a complex and regulated environment, coordinating multiple cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
- Highly organized and able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
