Pricing Analyst

My client is looking for a commercially minded, detail-focused Pricing & Quoting Specialist to support their Fleet team. You will prepare accurate operating-lease quotes for all vehicle types and work closely with Sales and Account Managers. Strong numeracy, accuracy, and the ability to work to deadlines are key. The ideal candidate is from a fleet/financial services background.

This role is 2 days per week on site.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the full operating-lease quote process from start to finish.

• Produce accurate quotes for Sales teams, understanding all cost components.

• Support local and international fleet tenders with pricing and documentation.

• Handle rental car quotes and contract agreements.

• Learn vehicle conversion pricing

• Help improve pricing and quoting procedures.

• Stay up to date on manufacturer pricing, discounts, and delivery costs.

• Build strong supplier relationships

• Keep accurate records for audit and compliance.

• Apply finance and leasing knowledge (e.g., residual values, interest rates, VAT, VRT).

• Ensure accuracy in all calculations to avoid errors.

• Manage multiple quotes at once under tight deadlines.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in fleet leasing & financial services is preferred

• Familiarity with operating-lease quoting systems or similar tools is beneficial.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise urgent quotes.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
